Our Crystal Candy takes time — and that’s exactly what makes it so special. Each piece is handcrafted in small batches and goes through a natural crystallisation process that can’t be rushed. After the sugar syrup is cooked and poured, the crystals slowly form over 2–3 weeks, creating that beautiful gem-like texture and satisfying crunch.

Because we want every batch to be perfect — sparkling, crunchy, and full of flavour — we allow the full crystal-growth cycle to finish before packaging. This is why our next bbatch will be ready on the 22nd of December.

🧊 Storage & Shelf Life

• Best before: 12 months from receiving your crystal candy 
• Store in a cool, dry place away from moisture, heat, and sunlight 
• Avoid refrigeration (humidity will cause crystals to go soft and cause spoilage)
• Keep open and not in a airtight container, letting the crystals air makes them crunchier 
• As soon as you receive your crystals, take them out of the bags and let them air out

Please note because each gem is handmade, it may vary slightly from the photos. All flavors are pre-selected and cannot be substituted. We do not allow special requests.
